Logistics Based Management (LBM)

What is LBM services?

Procurement & logistics function being outsourced and awarded to AOSS as a Logistics Services Provider or LSP. The responsibility includes procurement and consolidation of procured products based on masterlist given by the customer with the purpose of achieving cost-savings at the end of the project.

Charter of TNB or LCT or supply vessel is required to perform this task to transport to Oil Rigs in the region or to private jetty based on the shipment requirement.

Additional offshore services include :-

• Ship brokering > sourching for suitable vesselto be chartered by client
• Supply Chain Management
• Warehousing
• On & off-hire survey
• Ship agency
• Bunkering, lube oil & fresh water
• Trouble shooting of vessels
• Standby of staff on board vessel while in transits
